We stayed there for 5 nights...
this is our first time to stay in a London hotel so I actually didn't know what to expect..
To be honet, I was not very satisfied when I arrived there... (This may due to the very high expectation I had)
There is no
air-conditioner. (Luckily, there is warming plate)
The carpet looked quite old.
The water flow in the shower is very slow
The bed cover seemed a bit worn and dirty.
The staff was nice but seemed to know nothing about Lodon. (for example, we were going to watch Phantom of the Opera in Her Macjesty Theatre and we asked where it was. She couldn't answer that and needed to ask another staff but at the end, no one responded so we needed to ask the tube staff)
The good side of the hotel is that it provided microwave and some forks and plates so it is possible to buy food and heat it yourself)
