Due to room availability, we had to stay in a moderate room for one night, but stay in a higher-priced deluxe room for another. We pre-paid on the site. However, we were informed that the deluxe room was full, and the hotel rejected to refund us
the difference between a moderate room and a deluxe room (which was about USD 120). we did get some refund reward from the site, but it could not even make up the difference.
