Wether you are here on vacation or for business, you will find the location of the hotel very convenient.
Due to room availability, we had to stay in a moderate room for one night, but stay in a higher-priced deluxe room for another. We pre-paid on the site. However, we were informed that the deluxe room was full, and the hotel rejected to refund us
the difference between a moderate room and a deluxe room (which was about USD 120). we did get some refund reward from the site, but it could not even make up the difference. The experience implies that even if you pay for the room in advance, your room type cannot be guaranteed. It may be understandable if it happens in an under-developed country. Nevertheless, it took place in Paris, France.
