Loved it there. We were the first people to stay in our room since the remodel. Beautiful room. They let our party of people check in at 7 am. great service. Staff was helpful, courtious, and always asked if there was anything we needed. Only draw back. Construction. Beating and banging starts at 9 am. So you sleep later than that as we did a few of our days there, then you may get that rude wakeup. Can't wait to try and stay when its done, loved it there other wise and still would recommend to all!

When I 1st booked this hotel, I was looking for an affordable stay. Once I arrived into my newly renovated room I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the bedding was extremely comfortable and the interior was decorated nicely. The only thing that was not so good was the air conditioning in the elevators and the hallways. Which did not work properly due to the renovations but, I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Convenient location at low price that offered complimentary breakfast in their diner. Housekeeping was a lacking as room/bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. Bathtub faucet also dripped all night the 1st night ans was somewhat serviced. If you want more, you pay more.

Excellent value for the money. Room was clean. Beds OK. Food at the hotel was reasonable in price and quality good. All in all, I would stay there again.

Excellent location , 2 blocks from greyhound, right on fremont street . Check in and check out was smooth with no hassles, all staff were coutious and friendly. free breakfast voucher . Totally value for money , only drawback was it took 7 days for my incidentals deposit to reappear in my visa account even . Other than that will definately make fitzgeralds my first priority on next visit to las vegas.

it's located in Downtown. quite good location to go to outlet. but, bit far from the strip. One good thing was that i can use free breakfast coupon even at night. There is no fridge in the room. it was uncomfortable, because vegas is kinda dry, i somehow need to keep drinking water... which was not cool.. overall good hotel for its price.

I was told we would get free breakfast along with the room. Well, only those guests 21 and older received the free breakfast. We had two rooms with a total of six people, but because only two of us were over 21, the other four ( my kids) did not get breakfast. I usually stay at different hotel with a great breakfast but because their rates went up a bit since last year, we thought we would try this one with its "free" breakfast. I won't make the same mistake twice. I don't know who is to blame - this company or the hotel for the false advertising or lack of information!!!!!

Everything was okay, but not much more. Rooms were good and clean, the casino was not! Kudos to the Fitz for hiring well seasoned employees.

This is a good hotel on a budget. The great thing is you can walk to other casinos as well and watch the freemont experience show.

This is not going to give you warm tingles with all the glitz and glamour like the hotels on the Strip. The hotel is a basic hotel with a decent grill, great employees and a friendly, welcoming atomosphere. The location right on Fremont St makes enjoying the Fremont St experience easy. Finding personal care items or gifts to take home again is just steps away. Payouts on the machines are better than the Strip also. Go, sleep, eat and enjoy your trip. The money you save can be spent enjoying Vegas with the many offers for shows and attractions.

I had an excellent holiday. From the time I checked in... the clerk at the first desk was a lovely woman and had a great sense of humor. The people I encountered which included the room maid, front desk clerk and the people who worked in the restaurant were just excellent. By the way, the free breakfast I had each morning was just the way I like it. I will stay here again. Thank you so much, Charles Cooksey

Good value and good breakfast thrown in. Not new and fancy but convenient for those who prefer being downtown. Rooms are not new but kept clean. Could use some new carpeting and upgrading. Staff was universally nice and competent.

This is my first time staying here, but my family stays here quite a bit. The rooms are nothing great -- just basic old stuff -- still have tube TVs here. But lets be real -- how much time do you actually spend in the room?! Price was perfect -- location was amazing!
