The grand octagonal shape restaurant which is the centrepiece of the hotel, with an intricately stuccoed ceiling, complete with Greek key, thistle and Celtic knot motifs. Often in the evening you'll see beautiful sunsets through the three ceiling to floor windows which offer fabulous views of the surrounding area. Both a grill and an a la carte menu are available, offering contemporary gourmet meals with an imaginative menu. Ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible, often featuring Scottish Game, local Salmon homemade breads, pastries and delightful desserts.
