3 out of 5

This was a very good 3 star hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, staff friendly, good buffet breakfast and parking easy. The position is central and just far away enough from the noisy hub of the city, especially at night. Easy and close walking to shopping, dining areas and foreshore. Would recommend & enjoy the Cairns relaxed lifestyle.

The room and beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, and other amenities provided were good. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach front and other attractions down town. We arrived from the airport and it was a quick 10 minute taxi ride. The computer available for guests was getting a little aged, with updates needed, and the TV was also a little old, but both worked well. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend for others.

i have had the worst experience here we didnt even stay the room was not what we where told it would be and looked nothing like what had been described as per the internet it smelled of real bad damp there where stains on the lounge chairs and on the carpet and it was hot the air con was off it was a terrible experience with the unkind and unhelpful receptionist who kept us waiting for over 2 hours before she sorted us out with a refund never again i also had 3 young children with me and was left while the receptionist continued to check in other guests then she would come back to me after talking on the phone she was extremely rude and unprofessional

Staff were very friendly. Rooms old fashioned and not very comfortable - bed very low and not particularly comfortable, no minibar, noisy fan. Slight musty smell in rooms. Pool was small, not overly clean and very little space around it for lounging. 2 fire alarms in one night - smoke detectors in rooms are overly sensitive - having bathroom door open when showering can set them off.. warnings posted in rooms about this so I imagine its not a rare occurence! Breakfast was very good value, good selection. Overall not that bad but I would probably try my luck somewhere else to see if I got better value next time, its not really the place for a couples getaway.

We were in Cairns for only one night. Great location as we were able to walk down to the Esplanade to the restaurants. We have two children so the room had 2 single beds for them. We had trouble with the remote for the TV but I understand they were changing over their cable tv.

My second stay at All Seasons and will return as it is well located, comfortable, clean and a great place to stay. Very convenient to Cairns centre yet not in the middle of it all, its a quiet place to stay. Meals are very good and welll priced, drinks prices are OK too. I go there for work and like being able to walk to clients' locations as well as walk to the Esplanade, night markets etc in the evening. Exterior is relaxed and tropical with a pleasant exterior eating, relaxing, pool area. Enjoy.

The All Seasons Cairns was not what it was billed to be. The pictures in the advertising do not accurately describe this hotel. The room was very old and outdated. I am not even sure if the TV worked (not that the tv in Australia is worth watching). The room had a funny sewage smell that became worse when I turned the water on. No free internet. NO FRILLS at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. High price for not much.

The hotel was centrally located and only a short walk to the Night Markets,Restaurants and shopping.I stayed using the Business Package. It included free WiFi Internet. The internet connection was disappointing and very slow.I relied on the internet to conduct research but often had to go to an internet cafe. The staff were friendly and attentive. There were few parking spaces directly relating to the hotel and vehicles had to be parked on the street.Street parking had a mix of time limited and all day parking.

Very loud air conditioner in one of the adjacent rooms, was turned on at 5.00am. made sleeping impossible. Luckily it only happened the one time. Apart from that the room was quite comfortable, I would stay there again.

The room where I stayed in is facing Florence Street and at night time I can hear cars passing through. The tiles in the bathroom needs replacing. The air conditioner is not powerful enough and the clock radio is not working. The corridor is very stuffy, there is an air conditioner in the corridor but it seems that this is not turn on at all. The elevator has a very musty smell carpet needs replacing. Not worth the 4 star rating. It should only be a 3 star rating.

We love the hotel, close to seaside with many restaurants and night market. Over the street there is a very good local restaurant, which is the best in Cairn as we heard from the reception. Meals are served on hot stone, special and interesting, my kids love it.
