This hotel is how I imagine a prison cell would be. The room was tiny, it was noisy from clubs until 4am every day and they didn't clean the room in the 5 days I stayed there. I should have gone out and committed a minor offence as I'm sure a stay in the local prison would have been much more comfortable.

On week end , it was impossible to sleep due to the great number of night club surrounding the hotel

Totally appalling place, compares badly to a room in a correctional facility. In fact it took longer waiting for the 1 working lift to get us up and down to the 16th floor than time we actually spent in this awful place. The room smelt so badly of cats!! Sadly, and at huge expense we checked out and into somewhere far nicer, I would NEVER recommend this as a place for families, there are NO facilities and it is a dreary place to find yourself stuck in.

Rooms not spacious but fine for sleeping in! Be great if they could have provided soap and face cloths - if not mention on their website that these are not included. Staff very helpful and friendly. Be helpful to know their way driving around the streets close to the hotel as directions given were wrong due to One Way streets.

Disappointing that the photos do not truly reflect the accommodation. Excellent location but the only positive I can take from this stay. Rooms were small, dirty, shower did not drain and overflowed into main room - warping on door indicated an ongoing problem. Could hear other voices in rooms and particularly bad for external bar noises, so sleep deprived. only 1 lift working and found it quicker to walk down the stair well every time. Had to use main reception toilet as bathroom did not drain

Good value - centrally located - smallish rooms but you get what you pay for. Good for singles or couples but perfect for just a room to sleep in overnight. Expect the sounds of the central city too. Cheers

The hotel is very run down. I was surprised that Accor had a property in such poor condition. The room smelt musty. There was mouldy fruit at the breakfast buffet.

Always clean hotel and friendly staff! Be aware the rooms are small but they do have everything you need in them for a night or weeks stay. Perfect central location! Will be back next weekend!

Rooms are smaller than a shoe box and you can only fit about one foot on the balcony. Shower is pretty much right over the toilet and you can smell old urine on the floor when the water hits it. There was only one elevator working and going between 14 levels. Its no wonder we overloaded it with 9 people (Limit 6) and broke the thing after coming back from the Pink Floyd concert. No parking anywhere close to this place!

Yes it was a good price, but for not much more you can get alot nicer. Front desk don't explain anything just hand your key card and you figure out the rest! One lift wasnt working and other was dodgy. Then the room was small i knew it was going to be but not quite that small, room seemed clean enough but bathroom wasnt and also it had a smell to it all the time cos fam didnt work. And seriously if you cant sleep with noise do not stay here especially on a saturday night, yes the location was very central and great to walk to everything but pubs and clubs underneath very noisy. I just think they need to explain in description a bit more about how small it is i would descripe this as backpacker accommodation just private room style with the bonus of cook top, fridge and tv

Location is right at CBD, 5 minutes walk to Auckland Tower. Parking is an issue, there is no onsite parking. I ended paying $58 for an overnight parking at Wilson Parking. Suggested not to drive if you intend to stay in this hotel.

A very small room with floor space only for bags that restricted space even more.Only one lift working. Arrived early and directed to place bags in pay for locker. these lockers had a 3 hour paid period and we planned to return in about 5 hours so not really suitable. When we found our 2 bags would not fit in 1 locker we were given a free storage space. Staff ok in general. Room clean. Problem with main light that was fixed. No cuttlery , plates, pots etc supplied for use in kitchen. 2 star rating is generous!

friendly enough place and very central if thats what you want. website a little miss leading. parking is provided but at an extra cost in a parking building close by. Breakfast doesn't come included with the room but is also an additional cost. Room highly cramped. Comes with a kitchenet...but no jug to make tea....no plates, no cutlery no pans etc etc cheap price cheap result

We stayed 2 nights and our experience was awful. The second lift did not operate and waited each time for 10 min for the lift with 20 other people with baggage. The rooms are terribly small and bathroom was like a box in it with a horrible shampoo and a piece of soap, No face washer towel, no remote for the smallest old style TV, no DVD. Not enough blanket for winter and no air con either, extremely narrow corridor on the dark floor, can not make phone call for toll free number from the hotel room as it blocks the main phone line receptionist explained. No extra pillows, no drinking water, although there is a stove in the room there is no utensils - have to pay to hire the kitchen tools. No reason to set a kitchen making the room even smaller. A very shabby chair and a table that can't be moved due to tight space, no luggage room. The rating of the hotel online should be 2 star at most. It is misleading and thats how we could not figure out the condition of the hotel when booked. Also it should not be grouped in Accors hotel group with other good hotels. It can be wel used for back packer accommodation/hostel not a 3 star hotel. We would like to have a refund if possible. Very disappointed. we will never go back or recommend.
