The village restaurant "1606" is open all day and provides local organic food served with a modern twist. The chefs at "1606" make all their own bread/chutney and jams. The restaurant offers Local organic produce (market fresh), Santo Beef, Poulet Fish and Coconut Crab. Completed by an extensive wine menu and Deserts - try famous Triple Choc Tart and coffee from Espresso Machine that delivers Real coffee anytime of the day and the restaurants signature home made sorbets are a must on those warm afternoons.
