Just 140 km south of Las Vegas and a few kilometres over the border from Arizona is the small desert town of Laughlin, NV, where tourists can gamble 24/7 and ride their jet skis and yachts on the Colorado River. What sets Laughlin apart from the seedier Vegas Strip is the fact it is marketed more for family entertainment, which means your hotel room will not feature a call-order stripper catalogue tucked beneath the room service menu. Unlike a typical Vegas trip, you can enjoy your days outside of the casinos strolling along the Laughlin Riverwalk.
