Fohi in the house

The Hotel is still going through renovation which is well and good. But the noise started very early on Saturday morning and even earlier on Sunday. My room was on the 3rd which was supposed to be non-smoking. Needless to say, smoke from cigars, cigarettes, and the smell of marijuann filtered the room. The bath tub needed scrubbing. The bed was very comfortable. When complaint was made to front desk I was offered 2 buffet meals. I'd recommend staying after reno is complete. Only thing they won't tell you that over the phone, just have to take a chance. When it's finish I'm sure it will be great!

Birthday Trip

For being a night town, kind of sucks when you have a construction crew tearing down a wall with jack hammers.at 8 oclock in the morning. specially when they give you a room where you hear the elevators the whole time when in the room.

Appalling Stay

The room booked at this Hotel lacked cleanliness and caring employees. We had leaky faucets, stained walls, dirty windows, clogged vents and dirty light fixtures etc... Would not stay here again unless major overhauls were complete.

Nickle and Dime

Never been charged for coffee in a room before and over-priced along with the water because of the location - no access to competition like on the strip. Housekeeping haphazard as was maintenance. Elevators incredibly slow. Low-priced. Definitely got what I paid for.

Inaccurate Booking

Im staying at this hotel over the weekends with my love ones, and make the reservation. I make a reservation for a king size bed room, however when i arrived at the hotel, there isnt any king size bed room left. This is frustrating as i requested and make a reservation for a king size bed. Do not promise anything when you cant deliver. Thanks

poor all around

When we arrived, there was a bunch of trash left in the refrigerator. Our first night there, one of the maids came knocking at our door at 3a.m. to wake us up asking if we needed a new room key (she obviously had the wrong room) and she didn't even apologize. The walls are paper thin and to top it off, they charged a " resort fee." I booked online and was not charged said fee, nor was I notified about it. I asked what the fee was for and they said it was for the Wi-Fi, pool, and gym. I told them I just wouldn't use those services, however they said the fee was mandatory. For that extra $18/night, I could have stayed at a much better hotel right on the strip. Why was that not included in the price at the time of booking?
