Convenient hotel

Since I was in Vegas for a convention, the hotel was convenient for me. Restaurants were quite nice with good menus and very friendly and helpful staff. Having a petite suite, I was on the top floor of the tower with a nice view. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful amenity along with the various bath salts, etc. I was annoyed with the in room refrigerator which was so loud it woke me multiple times during the night when it would go on. Also, this is one of the few hotels that still has smoking in the casino and rooms and I could not get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke in my room. Not being a smoker I was not happy about this. However the room was quite and comfortable.

great but....

we enjoyed our stay, but there were things. A/C was never cold, it was set at 65 and the hallway was cooler and was set at 70. the showers are low, if your 5'10" or taller you really have to duck to get under the shower head to wash your hair. Other than that it was a gret stay. staff was nice and always willing t talk, 99cent margeritas, oyster bar, taco meal at resturant from 12-6 daily.

Great for the price!

It was in a good location just off the strip. The room was clean and worth the price. Only issue was that we were near the entrance and it was loud with people coming in and out all night.

Friendly and Courteous Staff

What I like in this hotel are the staff who are so friendly and accommodating. You will never be feel nowhere for their utmost hospitality. My only criticism is the location, it's far from the vegas strip and most of the vegas tourist scenes.

Old and dated hotel

This hotel needs to be completely renovated. It is way too old and dated. I will not consider this hotel in the future.

Vegas getaway

This hotel has clean rooms which are big with a nice bath area. The only problem I had was that I accidentally left a neckless in the room on the dresser and the housekeeping server did not turn it in to lost and found. I probably will not stay there again because I don't trust them.

Vegas getaway!!

This hotel Is a nice , clean, friendly staff. It is not right at the strip like 1 mile away but its ok if u want to be a lil out of the strip . There is a lot of restaurants and stores around it is very local! DO NOT stay in the courtyard rooms they are so dirty and nasty. Stay in the tower rooms! The casino is good and the pool is kinda small but it is nice . They give free cribs!!

Beyond Horrible

This has been the worst experience i have ever had with any hotel in vegas. We arrived there on memorial day weekend and as soon as we got into the hotel, my elderly mother tripped down the stairs and fell on her face in the reception area. Keep in mind this is a senior citizen who looked seriously in need of some assistance. A few of the customers ran over to make sure she is okay while the staff just stood there and looked at her. Not one staff member even asked if she was in need of some medical assistance or if she was okay. after all that was said and done, we got a room that was in the back of the hotel on the second floor. they do not have elevators nor are there rooms clean. the valet staff was rude and overall everything was just horrible.
