I love the bathroom, very beautiful. You don't have to walk across the casino to reach the elevators to the room, I like this feature a lot. When you choose the room w/ strip view, make sure it's facing north. However, no matter what strip view you have, you can only see part of it b/c it's a bit distant from the strip. The staff was friendly, the resort fee is a bit over-priced.

Unforgettable Hotel Stay

It was the first time for me to stay in a nice hotel but with on toothbrush provided. Also, the hotel will charge you about USD 28 for lending you a water boiler. Moreover, they will charge you the room service food which you didn't use. Isn't it forgettable?

Not as good as last time

Second time at MGM Grand, and was disappointed. Had room key problems (6 keys in 5 days!!), signage for the North Tower (where we stayed) was almost non-existent. We had room service on one day, and the 3 trolleys sat out in front of our room in the corridor for almost 2 days (even after we brought this to the attention of room staff). Will look for new venue next time we head to Vegas.

Never Coming Here Again!

I had to many problems with the hotel and room itself including the bathtub and sink. Room smelled like absolute smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. The room cleaning service is HORRIBLE!!! Paid way to much for what was actually given. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

Mostly Good

The room itself was apparently one of the 'NEW' rooms which I was quite excited about. Upon entering it looked like it had bore the brunt of many a good night partying. It just looked really 'had' with an 'h'. Upon entering my hotel room I had a shower and the shower handle fell off... meaning I had no control over the water temperature. It was fixed within a few hours but still ...not what you'd expect from a room that was jacked up to $450 a night for Memorial Day Weekend. Could not get the multimedia center to play my ipad music or movies which defeated its entire purpose. Staff was outstanding. Really nice cleaning ladies. Very helpful. Bed was comfortable but the pillows may have been bags have concrete powder....I was scared to rip one open and check. I'm told the pool area was Awesome!... but I never made it there.

Dining tip: In Hotel

Don't bother with the MGM Grand Buffet. They ditched Lobster and steak made to order which is what you should expect at $40 plate. Try the buffet at Luxor...much better in my opinion.
