great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the nugget but our price did not include wifi. so i gave it a 3 because you don't have a n/a on your scale. We got in late and were upgraded to the rush tower because they overbooked the original tower. So yes this was an awesome room. The hotel has a lot of very good restaurants also and we enjoyed The Grotto and Chart House.

Leaking room and rude maintaining staff!!

I took a shower at the morning and some guy knocked my door proclaiming he was a maintaining staff. He shouted that the downstairs' ceiling was leaking and insisted to come in. I refused to let him in since I was naked and he was very impolite. It ended with my early leaving from this run-down room. Come on! The leaking ceiling is your problem, not a customer problem alright?! Yelling to a customer is what kind of service?! I will NEVER NEVER come to this hotel again!!!

Best Downtown Las Vegas Hotel

Everything about this Hotel was exceptional. If their is one thing to find fault about this hotel it would have to be the $14.99 per 24 hour for internet service but that service also was easy to use and had excellant reception ! Best downtown pool ! Best downtown Buffett ! Best downtown location !

Eh, not a great experience.

Stayed there because of the pool. Didn't get to use it due to rain. We were told that it couldn't be opened until an hour of clear weather after a storm. With 9 hours of clear weather and plenty of attitude from the front desk staff it wasn't opened. Other than that, it's a great location and much better value and more relaxed than the strip which was nice..
