GREAT GET AWAY

Great Get Away, I totally Enjoyed my stay at your Hotel and Casino. There was a mix up at the front desk on my room, when I arrived from the Airport, the next day , I spoke to Supervisor Ms. Camille, and she took care of the error and reassigned me a great room with a view. The Staff was helpful and courteous.

awesome Vegas stay

I thoroughly enjoyed Circus Circus. It is such a great family friendly place to stay nearby the strip. I loved the circus acts that played there and the arcade games were super fun. Also there are gift shops, a fitness center, casino, and amusement park! Literally something for everyone. The beds are super comfy too.

Please update hotel

I am not happy with my stay at all. I asked for towels multiple times no one brought them. The room looked nothing like the picture I saw online. I was very disappointed. The room is very outdated. There is no refrigerator nor a microwave in the room. Rental for the refrigerator is $15. These are amienties that should come standard with a Las Vegas hotel room. I will not be staying there again if I take another trip to Las Vegas. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Vacation Time

If you have kids this is the place to stay. Lots of family things to do here. On the down side our room was awful! When we checked in we were told we were being upgraded to a new room at no extra charge. What a joke! As soon as you get off the elivator there was a sulfer smell and the carpet was disgusting. Once in the room the shower had no shelf and there were holes where it had been. There was no smoke detector only wires hanging from where it should have been! I opened the curtains to see the Vegas lights only to stare straight into a wall! As the days went on our bathroom sink backed up with dirty water and there was a coffee maker but no coffee pods!!! The two pools were nice though and the staff was very friendly.

Consider your needs/purposes for a Las Vegas hotel carefully.

I booked a room at Circus Circus on my girlfriend's recommendation. We were traveling through Vegas on our way to Utah, so really had no desire to do any of the casino stuff or shows. In that respect I think we overpaid for what we were looking for: basic/clean accommodations for a night while passing through town. The parking/layout of the place is a bit byzantine. The room we were booked in (which, admittedly was at a pretty low rate of around $40/night) was acceptable, but difficult to get to from where we'd parked. We are cycling enthusiasts so, additionally, had to wrangle our bikes through elevators and through a rather confusingly laid-out "campus" of a hotel complex. We stayed in the "manor" area which looks more 4 rows of a ghetto motel than anything that belongs with the main hotel itself. Then there's the $14.50 "resort fee" which I don't really understand the point of. This seems to have been a waste. In conclusion: if you're looking for a place to stay while passing through vegas, don't waste your time on this place. Stay somewhere on the outskirts that's less crowded and has better logistics and no resort fee.

Loved It

Checked in to the hotel but was told that there was no reservation although I full paid for it. But they gave me a room anyway and that they would check with the agent. Room was on the top floor with a fantastic view. Everything was settled by the next day. Had the buffet dinner in the hotel which the kids loved so much that we went again the next day. Location was on the strip itself but as there were a couple of hotels beside it having renovations it seemed kind of far from the action but we had no issues.

Dining tip: In Hotel

Hotel dinner buffet was awesome just for its spread alone. Too bad that there is only so much one can eat.
