Dining

Searsucker
The 7,500-square-foot venue is designed by internationally acclaimed designer Thomas Schoos. Schoos' vision for Searsucker draws on themes of retro Americana such as cowboy culture and mid-century roadside diners to create an atmosphere that is at once casual and handsomely stylish. The menu is anchored by Searsucker staples such as the 38-ounce bone-in ribeye 'tomahawk,' eggs + bacon 'pork belly' featuring a soft poached egg with brown butter hollandaise, as well as the beer-braised short rib + horseradish + fried onions with pan sauce and butter potato. Signature sides such as jalepeo-chorizo corn off the cob and fried brussels + walnuts with anchovy red wine jalapeo vinaigrette round out the bill of fare.
Mesa Grill
Celebrity Chef Bobby Flay brings his passion for bold and innovative Southwestern flair to Mesa Grill at Caesars Palace, the Las Vegas outpost of his acclaimed New York flagship restaurant. Open for lunch and dinner, and designed by renowned restaurant designer, David Rockwell, the open space features rich and vibrant colors and textures that are reminiscent of the American Southwest
Nobu
Just like the 24 signature Nobu restaurants around the world, Nobu Caesars Palace offers an ambiance as brilliant as the food. A place to see and be seen, the 12,775-square-foot restaurant expresses the sensibility that combines the best of the east and west in a fun and often whimsical setting. Bowed columns of bamboo lines the exterior of the restaurant and resembles the structure of the traditional Japanese ikebana basket used for the art of flower-arranging. A brand new vocabulary of natural design elements incorporating stone, wood and paper creates an exclusive yet inviting dining scene.
Bacchanal Buffet
Leave it to Las Vegas to revolutionize the classic buffet concept. Using a $100 million budget, Bacchanal completely reinvented the traditional buffet in 2012, with modern food presentations and an upscale setting. Now that it's been voted Best Buffet in Las Vegas by "USA Today" (more than once), the fever has caught on. Feast your eyes on the succulent presentations from your seat in the air, water, or wood-themed section of the dining rooms. Choose from more than 500 daily offerings, with many dishes uniquely displayed on small plates. Bacchanal Buffet's team of specialized chefs oversees the preparation of the majority of the food in front of the guests while cohesively working to present nine distinct restaurants in one location. Can't choose between the truffle scalloped potatoes and sweet potato tots? Try both! Mini salads such as the watermelon and feta let you try several separately dished items at a time.
Old Homestead Steakhouse
Continuing to reinforce its positioning as a premier dining destination in Las Vegas, Caesars Palace becomes home to one of New York City's most historic restaurants - Old Homestead Steakhouse. Old Homestead offers an urban steakhouse and bar with an updated menu, but one that will also feature Old Homestead's iconic cuts of meat, and many of its famous sides, appetizers and desserts.
Beijing Noodle No. 9
Beijing Noodle No.9 is the kind of casual noodle shop you'd expect to find on the bustling streets of Shanghai, Hong Kong or Beijing. Under the direction of Executive Chef Xing Kai Deng, the kitchen cranks out mouth-watering selections of soup, dim sum, noodle and rice dishes and chef's specialties.
Payard Patisserie & Bistro
Payard Patisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace is the creation of award winning Pastry Chef, Franois Payard, and is a beautifully designed, multi-layered experience that includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room serving breakfast and lunch.
Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill
The 290-seat Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill is the most authentic English pub experience in Las Vegas, as only a native UK chef can provide. The space is comprised of two unique restaurants in one, a mix conceptualized by the award-winning "Hell's Kitchen" host and chef Gordon Ramsay. Its location is near The Colosseum, Forum Shops entrance, and self-parking garage.
Guy Savoy
Located on the 2nd floor of Augustus Tower, this elegant experience mirrors the Restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris, from its intimate dining rooms of rich, deep wood, accented in stone, leather, and contemporary art, to its menu of classic Guy Savoy dishes - like a dark chocolate ganache and chocolate sorbet, Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup garnished with toasted mushroom brioche and truffle butter, and Cte de gros turbot l'oeuf en salade et soupe: a salad of steamed turbot, spinach and a poached egg nestled on a slotted platter that sits atop a soup bowl with warm fish bouillon garnished with garlic and potato. Boasting sweeping views of the Roman Plaza and the Las Vegas Strip, the restaurant is balanced by an enclosed patio located off the main dining room and a Champagne and wine bar that is anchored by a comforting fireplace.
Forum Food Court
The Food Court offers a wide variety of quick-serve dining options, available to satisfy every craving.

Best Las Vegas Experience Yet!

I have never had so much fun in Vegas! We got to the hotel and were slightly annoyed by the long check-in line, but we never even complained and they gave us a free upgrade to a junior suite! It had two rooms, a jacuzzi and an enormous shower. The staff was beyond helpful and the pool was beautiful (not too many people and only a few kids). The pool drinks are too expensive but you can but your own at the Essentials shop in the casino and bring them to the pool. I will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time I am in Vegas.

Loved Our Stay at Caesar's!

This was our second time staying at Caesar's and it was just as wonderful as the first time! A magnificent hotel with everything that you could ask for. Great location and superb amenities. We loved the many extra cafe and eating places withing the hotel and we made time to visit a few of these places. The Forum shops are stunning and we loved the many extra shops that are now in this area. An awesome hotel and we would certainly come back here again.

Good hotel

The overall of the hotel is good, big room, big casino, lots of shops. However, the parking is the worst part. I'd spend an hour inside the parking area to find a space.

lack of service from staff

On arriving at Cesars at 11.15am, we new we where early for check in, when checking in we where told that our room wasn't available and if we where to come back in one hour we should be able to get into our room, so one hour later we go back and again was told to come back in one hour, so after four and a half hours of waiting for our room we finally our room was ready, all we wanted to do was has a shower after traveling 16hrs all up from Sydney to LA and then from LA to Vegas the shower didn't work, took about 10mins before we had running water, advised reception of this and they told us that they would get someone to look at this, but the same thing happened numerous times and you do get over complaining, then when checking out we where told there was a service fee of $168 for the use of there facilities which we weren't happy about and I believe this should of been explained to us when we checked in, I did explain that it had cost me $30 for the use of internet in there business centre as I didn't have a laptop, which I believe was just an excuse as we have previously stayed at New York New York and the internet was free in there business centre, so getting back to us getting out the lady who was assisting explained that we declined an early check in fee of $30 which I can assure you it wasn't offered to us and we would of defiantly paid this fee, she went and got a manager and he explained that that comment is put on record if there is no rooms available at time of check out and I questioned him why it wasn't explained to us the service fee of $168 at the time of check out but he had no answer for this, you would of thought that he would of offered some sort of discount for all of the inconveniences that occurred on our stay. All you are paying for is there name I there was no service, I found staff to be rude and didn't want to help, We where so disappointed with our stay there as this was my 60th birthday present from my partner and our holiday didn't start off on a good note. We would not recommend Cesars to anyone.

Would go again

Really liked the location and staff in general. A little frustrated that they will not guarantee adjoining rooms or work harder to let families stay close together. Also, it was a little nightmarish when checking in, because one of our party got their earlier than the rest, but weren't listed on the room. We had to make several calls to fix this. Booking website was WONDERFUL in fixing this, but--for all the memorized scripts the staff is trained to say to make you feel taken care of--the hotel could have been a more accommodating.

Dining tip: In Hotel

The Bacchanal Buffet, in CP, is AMAZING. In our circle, the Bellagio buffet is usually more popular, but we found that the decor was newer, cleaner, and, therefore, more inviting at the Bacchanal than the Bellagio, the food was just as decadent, and was served in better portions.
