Basic hotel at a high price

The hotel was situated well for the business I had to do while in Boston. The rooms were small and simple and a little worn, and the phone in the room was broken and didn't work. Storage space is a nightstand drawer and a similar nightstand drawer in the closet. The benefits of the hotel are that it is connected to a bar/restaurant and it has a pretty decent fitness room and filtered water devices in the hallways. It was outrageously priced due to it being St Patricks day week.

Comfortable night

We stayed in town as we had early morning hospital appointment. We chose a small room which really was not what we would have called small. It was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was very Euro. Staff were polite and helpful. We certainly would stay here again.

Great hotel!

I needed a last-minute, affordable hotel in Boston, and I was lucky to find Club Quarters! It was within walking distance of South Station, which was very appealing since I arrived rather late at night. The room was clean, perfectly sized for a single traveler, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All in all, I would recommend to anyone passing through Boston.

Perfect One Night Stay

This was my first time going to Boston. For anyone who is trying to travel to Boston as their first time, use the Bus or Train. Each station is relatively close and everything is walking distance or a subway ride away. You don't want to have to waste money on gas, tolls, and parking. The hotel location was perfect, one block from subway stations and just a couple of blocks from the New England Aquarium and North End. I explored mainly on my own with the use yelp and google maps. It was just great. I would stay here again definitely during the spring/summer.

Staff was the difference

This is a quality hotel and had all the trimmings of a hotel rated so highly. However, it was the staff that set this apart from other hotels we stayed at during our 11 week, twelve country around the world trip. One gentleman, in particular, went out of his was to provide anything we needed. Thanks.

Impressed and surprised

This was our first stay at a Club Quarters hotel and we will definitely look to stay at another CQ the next time we travel. It was refreshing to stay in a hotel that is current in its design and functionality. From the convenience of the check-in\check-out kiosk to the espresso machine in the hotel's living room, these considerations made our stay that much better. Only one negative stands out - the shower is very small. I am not a big guy and it wasn't possible to take a shower without the curtain touching and sticking to you. Other than that, thumbs up!

Great place to stay!

Location, location! A great hotel in the middle of all the things to see and do in Boston. Easy walk(5-10 min)to and from silver line airport transport. Club quarters is near shopping, restaurants and all of the Freedom trail sites. The staff were friendly and welcoming! Matt made an effort to get us into our room early as we had arrived before 4 pm. Safe family location, quiet neighbourhood. I would love to come back.
