I stayed one night here. The hotel's facilities were good-looking and not old. My one bed room was clean and quiet. I met four staffs and they were mostly kind and nice.
Not good accessibility:
The location was far away from the
airport (ORD#, and they don't have shuttle buses. I think the reason is because the hotel is just not targeting customers who use the airport. For those who are coming from ORD: when you arrive at the airport, you will find automated visitor information screens. You can find taxi companies to call suburban taxies. If you just take taxies that are awaiting at taxi stops, they will charge $60 w/o tip because they are urban taxies which go to downtown. The suburb taxies called from the machine charge you around $45 w/o tip. When I returned to ORD from the hotel, I asked the front desk to call a taxi. The taxi charged $30 w/o tip. You could save money if you find some cheaper taxi companies before your trip.
Things can be improved:
I needed to iron my shirts and disappointed to the broken button #but working) of the iron. Outlets were not enough. There was no empty outlet around bed. I just found only one around the desk which was a bit away from the bed.
