This was an extremely disappointing hotel. No phones in the rooms. I asked if there was a shuttle to the airport, and was told to use Doubletree's next door. Wifi is advertised in room, but it was hit and miss - some had it, some didn't. Clerk
said it was lobby only- she "didn't know" if they had put it back on in the rooms. No business center to print boarding passes- again they told us to "use Doubletree's...just tell them you are staying there". The yogurt @ breakfast looked bad and the mini chocolate donuts looked old. The oatmeal was pretty good. The bed and pillows were ok but they don't use fitted sheets so they kept sliding down, and the toilet tank in my room was often running. You get what you pay for.............but I've stayed at other Days Inns that were better than this.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
stay next door at the Doubletree......worth the extra money since that Days Inn is going to tell you to go there for other things anyways!
