Meeting/conference facilities were terrible. The speaker was behind the screen, so no use of red pointers, which many speakers commented on. It was difficult to see the presentation from middle and back of room and they had throw away plastic
cups for water, little else for refreshments. Executive level is a total sham. If you think it is worth it to wait on an elevator (and it's a long wait) to go up to an "executive" floor wherein your privileges include a robe, bodywash, a TV that's 2" larger than the others, and access to a lounge where you have to pay for your own drinks (but get a free continental breakfast worth $4) then by all means waste $40/night. By the way, the lounge isn't regulated, so really, the perks are there for everyone that can find them. And the business center in the executive lounge? It's A desk, without a printer. NO free wi-fi, and even though some rooms had fridges and microwaves (throughout the hotel), the extra $40/night doesn't buy you one of those
