Wigan, United Kingdom
Wigan is a town in the north of England and is part of Greater Manchester. It's most famous tourist attraction is the local pier, although it is not really a pier but instead an area where a wooden jetty was used to load up barges on the canal. Haigh Hall is a popular historic house just outside of town and has a park and a golf club in the surrounding area.
