The Light Aparthotel Manchester is the first of its kind. This boutique style hotel offers extraordinary comfort. The hotel has well furnished decors, and has access to all the major attractions of Manchester. Urbis Museum is less than a kilometre away, popular for its artefacts. The Chinese Art Centre and the Manchester Art Gallery are located only a few kilometres away. The Nexus Art Cafe brews both beverages and a great collection of art.
General

The Light Aparthotel Manchester offers 12 boardrooms and 35 theatre style syndicate rooms. The hotel is close to Richard Goodall Gallery which is less than a kilometre away. The People's History Museum and Museum of the Greater Manchester Police are famous for their antique art pieces.
Location

The Light Hotel is situated on the edge of Machester's Bohemian northern quarter. Situated at the heart of Manchester and right opposite to Legendary Fashion Emporium Affleck's Palace the hotel is a traveller's choice.

Penthouse Suite
Our penthouse suites are located on the upper floors and have long balconies with large floor to ceiling windows offering excellent panoramic views of the Northern Quarter and beyond. These penthouse suites are ideal for groups wanting an open plan living area, ideal for pre drinks prior to a heading out and for larger families wanting more space. The penthouse master bedrooms both have en-suite shower and W/C along with a 2nd bathroom with bathtub/shower combination & complimentary toiletries. Both penthouses have large open plan living and kitchen areas with sofas, an ipod docking station, a 50 flat screen TV, and a six seat dining table. The kitchen has an island counter and all mod cons including a built in coffee grinder /maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer.
Duplex Two Bedroom Penthouse Suite
Our duplex penthouse suite has two double bedrooms located on the lower floor, both with a flat screen television and storage space. The main family bathroom has a WC and shower combination, while the master bedrooms have an open plan bathing area with a standalone bathtub that looks out across the city sky line. In addition there is a cloakroom with a WC upstairs.

The spacious open plan living and kitchen area on the 19th floor has two sofas, an iPod docking station, a 50 flat screen television and a six seat dining table. Both suites have large cooking areas with bar stools and modern appliances, including a built in coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing/ drying machine.

The two bed duplex penthouses are suitable for up four people* and located on the 18th floor with a full length balcony, giving you the best views at The Light.

Penthouse with Private Roof Terrace and Hot-Tub
Our penthouse suite comprises of a master bedroom with en-suite shower and W/C along with a communal bathroom for the second bedroom and living space.

Both penthouse suites have a spacious open plan living and kitchen area with sofas, an iPod docking station, a 50 flat screen television and an six seat dining table. The kitchen has a central island cooking area with bar stools and modern appliances including a built in coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing/ drying machine.

You also have the luxury of your own outdoor roof terrace and a six seat hot tub with stunning views of the city from the 15th floor.

Please note: 24 hours notice is require for use of the hot tub, all rates exclude the cost of the hot tub which is charged at 150.00. Please contact The Light once you have made your booking if you would like use of the hot tub.
Studio
Each studio apartment comprises an integrated bedroom and living space similar to a traditional hotel room, but with the luxury of your own modern kitchen and appliances.

They include a double bed, kitchenette, fridge, table with two chairs, an en suite shower room and W/C.

Our studio apartments are the perfect size for couples and individuals, offering a tranquil, cosy space to unwind.

Please Note: All studio apartments are accessed via stairs, there is no lift.
One & Two Bed Executive Apartmen
Each apartment comprises of one or two double bedrooms, with storage space, a designer kitchen and integrated open plan living area. The bathroom includes a bath tub/shower combination with complimentary toiletries. The bed and living spaces have their own flat screen televisions. Our executive apartments are an upgrade of our deluxe apartments, featuring a larger floor plan, an en-suite from the master bedroom and upgraded toiletries for extra comfort. Two Bed Executive Family Apartment
Each family apartment comprises one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single sofa bed and large integrated kitchen and living area. The second bedroom has a double bed, spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower combination and complimentary toiletries. Both bedrooms include wardrobe space and flat screen televisions.

63 Degrees Restaurant
The name 63 Degrees comes from the perfect temperature at which to cook chicken, duck and other meats says Alex Moreau. After years of experimentation my father discovered this culinary truth and it is now wholly encompassed in our menu and especially in our main signature dish; the Suprme de Volaille. The Moreau family has been involved in catering for generations and has learned to deliver simple yet innovative dishes with a classic French style. This traditional French family feeling extends to the restaurant itself where even the decor generates a cosy atmosphere of warmth and welcome. The restaurant is owned and operated by the Moreau family and is located in the same building as the hotel, and can be found next to the main entrance of the hotel. As a guest at the Light, you will be entitled to 10% off your total bill at 63 Degrees, simply show your apartment key card on arrival.

Perfect!

Family of 4 persons. We were very satisfied with everything. 2 bedroom apartment. It was something wrong with the balconydoor, but they fixed it. Friendly staff. 1 min walk to Arndale shoppingcentre.

The service we received from the

The service we received from the reception was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our apartment was fantastic with great views across the city and a spacious balcony to enjoy them from. Couldn't fault anything.... except our stay was too short!!! The location of the hotel was perfect too with easy access to the shops, MEN and everywhere else.

Excellent apartment with 2 very

Excellent apartment with 2 very comfortable double bedrooms, lounge and kitchen and great views from balcony. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Complimentary breakfast pack an added bonus. Would be a great bargain for 2 couples wanting a night out in Manchester.

overall good stay (large group

overall good stay (large group in 2 apartments) , one of our rooms was not ready upon check in at 3pm even though we were given the keys. However we were then given another room (albeit on a different floor) Any issues we had were resolved fairly quickly. Was not too impressed at 200pound security deposit debits (not pre authorised) - am hoping that goes back on with no issues. Very central location, staff on the whole are really good.
