A little bit of everything

Everything you could want, good location, restaurants ect. A negative is it is a bit noisy as it is in the centre of Manchester and people are partying away.

Lovely stay with boyfriend

Room was good value for money. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Seen a lot of bad reviews before I stayed here & was quite worried but the stay was brilliant for the money. Paid £150 for 3 nights, wouldn't have paid any more than that. The only negative was the room had no windows & wouldn't have been a problem if the hotel had air con. We were given a fan but still exceptionally hot.

Totally unsatisfied

Very bad experience here, rooms are tiny, everything is old, no one clean my room, someone even entered with a duplicated key card at late night.

Night out in Manchester

The room was supposed to be a 'suite', it was just a double room. No air con so in the rare event of some Manchester sun the temperature was unbearable. 1980's décor really set the scene though and coupled with a badly stained and worn carpet, broken window, horrendous pictures adorning the lovely beige papered #peeling# walls. We were 5 floors up but due to said broken window the bar music from below was clear to hear. All for £150/night. Never again. 2* Room in a 3* star hotel.

Darkness in super location

Location: Couldn't be better - for transport, shopping, anything. Breakfast: All what you need. But a hotell room without a window is not a good experience. We ordered room type "Advance Saver Standard" in the belief this gave us a room with a window. That was not the case. Remote controll for the tv was broken, we were given a new one 24 hours later after three complanints. The head light in the ceiling was broken, fixed after a day and some complaints.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Shop for leather jackets and bags close to St. Ann's Church. Super helpful owners.
