Perfect location for our trip

Good choice of London hotel, very satisfied. Rooms with different size, mine small, but some bigger rooms. Comfortable beds. The only negative thing is cleanness. Dusts in tea cups. Wonder why. Else enjoyed the stay.

mediocre stay that turned good

Arrived at hotel but room was not ready at published check in time. Restaurant was closed also so was went to sister hotel 1 minute away for complimentary drinks as "it was their fault". Waited 1 and a half hours for room to be ready only to find airconditioning was out in the entire hotel and could not be fixed until the next day. As it was a hot day and we were on the top floor this was too uncomfortable so requested to be moved to sister hotel. Stay was excellent at Royal Trafalgar.

Accom in Leicester Sq

This is an average hotel because of the Hugh price and amentities. The Bar/Breakfast is a joke. The price is out of the world. The location is very good if your sight seeing, going to shows or dinner lots of good restaurants. Irish bar in Leise??? st not far very and good and French Rest up the road and across park to the right very good. Its not far, 100mtrs to subway which gets you anywhere in London cheap. The room is OK its just so bloody expensive and no service except for free internet. I will look for somewhere else in this area next time

Better than expected

First impression; superb location! Second; very friendly and helpful staff. Third; great room, lovely bath and enormous bed! The hotel had just been renovated and it showed. Breakfast was good with very good service. Last; Again location. "everything" within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay. Do not go there, we might not get a room next time!!! We will be back!! Stayed one night

Stayed one night for a theatre show. Room was basic, but had all we needed. Main problem was the smell in the room, which we could not mask/get rid of or even identify the source. It was just all pervading and unpleasnt. Hotel is showing its age, although we were told refurbishment was in progress. This may have been the source of the "chemcal" smell. Room on the first floor overlooking Coventry street. Great if you like people-watching, but a bit noisy if you want to sleep.. Even the secondary double glazing was not fully effective. Would certainly think twice about staying again until refurbishment is completed.
