Shoppoing in London

Nice hotel, great location in a quiet neighbouhood. Helpful staff, bur the one who booked us in was not very flexible. When asking if our woom was really a superior room since it was quite small, she changed it to an even smaller room. The breakfast buffet was very expensive (£37 for two) since the selection was very limited. We did not use much of the hotels facilities. I am sure they were ok, but the pool closed at 19 on sunday when we were going there.

Great location for a stay in London

Stayed here on a number of occasions and the hotel and its staff never fail to please and impress. Room prices have definitely gone up since I last stayed here but given its location and what it has to offer it is still good value for money. Staff, as always, were very helpful and we were given a free upgrade and bottle of sparkling wine to help celebrrate my birthday. Not the cheapest option in town but will certainly return and would recommend it to others.
