Great and contemporary hotel!

This hotel has exceeded my expectation and is very clean and located in a quiet environment. It's nearby to 3 tube station namely bayswater (10 mins walk), queensway(10 mins walk) and paddington. It is also convenient for travelers who are using the heathrow express train ticket as the train terminates at paddington national rail station. The walking distance is around 15 mins walk. The room is made up nicely daily and staff are friendly. You can also store yr luggage free with the hotel upon checkout. I will stay here again if I were to come London another time.

Good clean hotel great location

Staff very friendly. I found the single rooms very small but adequate. Only complaint the air-conditioning is limited in its temperature control. It doesn't go above 22 and heating wasn't available to increase. Perhaps it was technically summer so I can't comment what its like in cooler seasons. However they did offer extra blanket. Other wise very clean and comfortable. Have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Wi fi is free and the bar staff for snacks and drinks free. Concierge very helpful. Easy walking distance to Bayswater or Queens underground stations also Bayswater village with all your needs, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Short walk to attractions such as Kensington Palace, Hyde Park or Portobello Rd. Walk through the park to other main attractions.

Solo London Experience

I stayed 6 nights in London after a tour around Europe. The hotel was a little expensive to what im used to in Australia however I treated myself. It was modern, stylish and had all the necessary facilites including safe and wifi. Breakfast was not included which was a pitty considering all the other hotels in Europe offered it. The tube was very close as well as a range of eateries and shops. The hotel offered tours which was so easy to organise. The transfer to the airport was a bit pricy however you can book one outside and save quite a lot.

Time-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

There is a tourist booking service on the main road which offers transfers to the airport, musical tickets and attraction tickets which allow you to skip the line. Great time and money saver.

Great staff make a good hotel

As others have pointed out, the rooms are small however you don't spend time in them. Rooms were always clean and fresh and I liked the efforts at recycling. It really is a great spot for visiting London with Paddington and Bayswater within easy walking distance. I enjoyed my stay at the Caesar.

Great location, but needs some improvements

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. The location is very good, with shopping, restaurants, and transport links close by. But, the rooms now need improving. Our room had a few faults, the bathroom door did not close, the kettle only boils one cup worth of water at a time, one of the cups supplied was cracked and leaked, and the wardrobe doors did not slide passed each other without clashing to open. It's a pity because this has been a lovely hotel.

Rooms are average for a London

Rooms are average for a London hotel, location close to Bayswater underground and shops. Disappointing at breakfast buffet 11 pounds per person for a few slices of cheese & meat , and cereal ,4 pounds extra for a cooked English breakfast of egg and bacon ,a rip off if you ask me. also tried to charge us for wireless internet which we never had a laptop ,taken off bill when we pointed out that wasn't our signature but same room number , apart from that hotel was ok
