Very disappointing

We were very disappointed with the quality of this hotel. The bed had walls on three sides, leaving access on one side only , the room was tiny. We paid for four nights, but walked put when we saw the room, and stayed in another hotel nearby. Would definitely recommend staying somewhere else! This is not a 3 star hotel.

Not three star

Despite being advertised as such, this is clearly not a 3 star hotel. Two rooms are in the basement each with a below-footpath window. Our room was very small with barely enough room for two people to move about on the available floor space. The double bed was built in with a wall on three of the four sides, such that one person had to disturb the other to get in or out of bed. The breakfast room was very small and unappealing. When we pointed out all these deficiencies and said we were going to find alternative accommodation of 3 star standard, we were offered an alternative room which was almost as bad. The staff refused to refund our remaining two nights but we left anyway, and found an excellent 3 star hotel just a short walk away and at only slightly more cost per night. We have traveled a great deal and of necessity we have stayed in some basic accommodation, but this hotel is certainly the worst claiming to be 3 star that we have encountered.
