family trip to London

The location is great. However, the equipment in room is reduced to minimum. We got a room in 3rd floor with no lift. Then we got another one downstairs where the heater is out of service. The suites are overall not 4 stars

Terrible

The room was so small there was nowhere to put suitcases. We stacked them against the door. Stuffy and hot without the window open, unbearably noisy with the window open. No air conditioning. The crockery was cracked and chipped. The shower bay was so small you could hardly turn around. There was no soap holder soap holder either so you had to leave it on the shower base floor. The roof leaked water from the shower above. The bed was placed up against the window so we had to crawl over each other to get in and out of bed. The pillows were lumpy and hard. The floor squeaked very loudly when walked on. The only redeeming factor was the location.

STOP! Do not be tricked! NOT 4 stars at all

Honestly I know you're probably used to reading a lot of negative reviews about places and thinking it will not be that bad, this on is! I've attached the real pictures of what this place is like. The rooms are old, not like the photos they advertise. Customer service is terrible, and you feel dirty just staying in the place. If you ignore this and still book, you are in for a nasty experience.

You get what you pay for

Offered a third story room no lift but refused as I was unable to take a bag up that many stairs so room was changed to one with a lift and only a few steps Full kitchen and fridge which was good but not really necessary, Bathroom very small, shower door would not fully open due to hand basin in the way. Could have been a little cleaner. Was not serviced for 3 days

Pretty decent

I stayed there for one night with my partner for a dinner in town. The suites are situated along a street in separate buildings. Apparently only one building has a lift in it and we were not fortunate enough to get that building, despite trying. The stairways are quite narrow if you're lugging around large bags and there is no airconditioning in any of the rooms. There is a little kitchenette if you do require one. The stay was fair and it was close to the underground.

Good value

A welcoming and friendly receptionist. The location is very close to the tube and to shops and restaurants. The room was simple but clean. There was some noise which did disturb me a little but that isn't in the control of the hotel. All in all I would recommend it as an inexpensive place to stay in central London.

very good location but he tiniest of the accommodation that you can imagine. so if you end up staying here you'll be best staying in the hotel fo rthe least amount of time possible. spend time shopping/in hyde park etc but don't expect any luxury at the hotel. staff are quite indifferent-ywaning and sleepy while you have a conversation with them-and distant. butr again-location is good.

Cheap and cheerful Good location

A very small serviced apartment. Poor bed linen and no mattress cover, and broken blind. Not a place to linger in, but close to amenities and transport

good location poor quality

first impressions were good and the service at check in was very good. the only downside was the quality of the finish in the partments they are very shabby and very tired. i imagine 5 years ago they would have been ok but they need a lot of attention to finsh and to minimum requirements, no bed side tables or lamps broken wardrobe drawers, batroom cabinets loose, electrical wire exposed, blinds unable to be opened. ETC ETC. also the front door was very loud and someone seemed to be going in and out all night long (not a good sign) and subsequently it was very noisy. It was however very clean throughout. and the bed was comfy but for me to feel it was value for money thee finish would have to be improved greatly.
