Hotel is beautiful with great features and ammenties. The rooms are lovely with state of the art facilities and are beautifully decorated. I didnt use the spa on this occassion but on previous experiance it is great. Plenty of free parking
Room Service lets it down badly though which is disappointing. Food was not what i would expect for a hotel of this calibre and the service left even more to be desired. Spoke to reception about this on check out and it was obviously a complaint that had been heard before but they did not offer me anything but just apologised.
Wifi is really expensive too at £14.99 this is the highest i have had to pay recently for 24hrs

Syon House is a stones through across the car park. It has the most amazing conservatory which is just fabulous. Well worth a visit, especially in the summer as you can have a picnic in the grounds.
