Marble Arch hotels
Marble Arch is a junction in West London near the monument with the same namesake, a giant Carrara marble structure built in 1833 to celebrate the British victories in the Napoleonic Wars. The royal families passed under the monument in ceremonial pageant, similar to Roman triumphs. This site is situated at the junction of Oxford Street on the east, Parklane to the south, Bayswater to the west, and Edgware to the north. This was also the site of public executions and is a modern symbol of the old Empire. Today Marble Arch is home to many high end shops and restaurants, and serves as an entrance to Hyde Park, one of the largest parks in London.

Commuting to other parts of London will be easy for anyone staying in local hotels, as the London Underground accesses every region of the city with ease and speed. London Heathrow Airport is farther west of Marble Arch, and provides tube, bus, taxi service, or car rentals to speed you to this historically significant area.
