Dominion Theatre hotels
Located on Tottenham Court Road in the borough of Camden, the Dominion Theatre is considered by some to be the most historic venue in all of London. Built in the 1920’s as a venue for live shows, the Dominion Theatre has slowly evolved into a home for just about any type of entertainment, including rock concerts, comedy shows, musicals, and even church services. After many renovations, the Dominion Theatre has returned to prominence and is now drawing major shows including the beloved We Will Rock You, which has called the theatre home since 2002.
- Climb to the top of Centre Point tower for bird’s eye views of St. Giles Circus and the Dominion Theatre, as well as the iconic London Astoria Theatre nearby.
- Visit the Covent Garden indoor vegetable market, a bustling hub where people can sort through local produce from London as well as unique treats from around the world.
- Listen to the beautiful choir of the Hillsong Church London at one of their Sunday services held at Dominion Theatre.
The Dominion Theatre is one of the centrepieces of the borough of Camden and can be reached easily from just about anywhere in London by public transportation or taxi. The Tottenham Court Road stop of the London Underground is just a short walk away and the theatre can be easily reached on foot simply by following signs. There are few private cars in this area of London, leaving most visitors to either travel on foot or take one of the ubiquitous Black Cabs that hover around the theatre district looking for fares.
