Outdated and in need of a facelift, food terrible - sausages at breakfast were off on day one, room was cold and unwelcoming, asked for extra blankets, got one which look unwashed, flies in room - in January and cobwebs and dusty everywhere- also when I arrived back at my room after a day at work the door to my room was open - was not impressed
