The Priory Bay boasts the return of Oliver Stephens having previously worked at Noma (for the past two years) - voted the best restaurant in the world. Our focus is to source as much fresh produce as we can from the Priory estate and beach itself as well as using Isle of Wight produce as a focal point of our cuisine.
The Island Room Restaurant
The Island Room Restaurant offers fine dining in the most elegant surroundings. In addition to the A la Carte menu there is a six course tasting menu. The menus change with the availability of seasonal produce and the Head Chef creates daily specials to extend the choice. For the summer there are views over the grounds to the sea and in winter warmth and intimacy are enhanced by the wood fire with its delightful chimney piece. The glorious Regency dining room has murals of local views copied from Brannon prints and gilded plaster and paint work. For a less formal but stylish dining experience guests can enjoy The Priory Oyster Bar & Grill. It is warmly decorated with modern paintings of racing yachts purchased from the Kendall gallery. Teak floors and tables extend out through French doors onto the terrace. Surrounded by a glass screen, guests have panoramic views of the orchard, grounds and woods to the sea. This really is the ultimate summer dining experience.
