With a unique atmosphere, special hospitality and convenient facilities, the hotel offers excellent accommodation that makes you to feel at home.
General

If you prefer the quieter side of life, you can take a stroll through the gorgeous Georgian architecture of the West End and the New Town that will lead you to the tranquil footpath by the Water of Leith or simply relax at the spa.

Our Harris property does NOT have a reception. Check in is at the main reception located at 121 Grove Street. The reception is open 24 hours. Guests are required to provide photographic identification which matches the credit or debit card whis is being used to pay for the accommodation.

Guests may use the car-park of 123 Grove Street subject to space availability (on first come-first-served basis/cannot be booked in advance). Car Parking is charged at £8.00 per night

Fountain Court Apartments Harris is situated in a quiet one way street in the West End of Edinburgh, just along from the city's main business and financial centre. Just a short stroll from the property, you will find the shopping heavens of Princes Street and George Street.

By Car From Edinburgh Airport, take the A8 through Corstophine to Haymarket Terrace. Stay in the outside lane and continue on Torphicen Street, following signs for the EICC. Carry on straight through the traffic lights at the top of Dewar Place onto Gardener's Crescent. At the roundabout turn right and then take the first right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right. By car from the South, take the A702 through Morningside and onto Bruntsfield Place that in turn leads onto Leven Street and Home Street. Take the second turning on the left after Gilmore Place marked Thornybauk (just after the Royal Bank of Scotland). Follow the road 200 yards until you get to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Fountainbridge and continue straight over the roundabout. Take the next turning on the right onto Grove Street. Fountain Court is located a short distance down on the right.

Overall - Comfortable stay albeit some gliches

(+ ) : Clean, comfortable, pleasant front desk staff, felt safe as property is secured, additional TV (small) in bedroom, our apartment faced the road thankfully not noisy as cars have to slow down along the stretch. (gliches) : bedroom tad small & door cannot close. Bed too soft that when you turn to centre of the bed, you 'sink' onto your partner, missing frying pan called Front desk & received the pan. Overall, we are still happy with the property & will recommend it to our friends.
