The quality of the cuisine and the luxurious surroundings make dining at Dalhousie Castle anything but ordinary. Descend the ancient stairway into the atmospheric Dungeon Restaurant. With its rough hewn stone work, barrel-vaulted ceilings and walls adorned with weapons and armour it creates a thoroughly unique setting in which to enjoy their 2 AA Rosette awarded fine cuisine.
