Edinburgh Park hotels
Edinburgh has been the royal capital of Scotland since 1437, and features many attractive areas for both tourists and business travellers, including Edinburgh Park. This extensive office building houses 21 top performing companies and is a must-visit for business travellers. The complex is in a tranquil, green area, providing hard-working employees with beautiful surroundings during their workday. Edinburgh Park began development in 1995 and is owned by The Miller Group of the UK and CEC Holdings, Ltd. of Edinburgh. While tourists may not find much to do here, viewing this incredible building and its surroundings makes the trip worthwhile.
- Visit Edinburgh Park, the largest business complex in Scotland, and enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings, filled with Edinburgh’s finest trees and natural wildlife.
- Check out the nearby Gyle Shopping Centre, where visitors can indulge themselves in a variety of stores, including Gap, Claire’s, and Burton Menswear; if you visit during Christmastime, be sure to stop by Santa’s Christmas Grotto.
- Stay overnight in Edinburgh at the Frederick House Hotel or the Old Waverly Hotel; both offer delightfully modern and elegant rooms with private bathrooms.
Edinburgh Park is located on Lochside Crescent, near the Gyle Roundabout in Edinburgh. The best way to get here is by taxi or with a private vehicle. Travellers will find plenty of taxis available throughout the city, as well as many rental car offices. Those driving out of Edinburgh’s city centre should take the A8 westward and get off at the South Gyle exit. Edinburgh Park is located off of the third exit in the first roundabout, on Lochside Crescent. The nearest train station is the Perth station, which is about 1.5 kilometres from the business park.
