I have stayed at a good few 4* plus hotels though Britain and Europe, this is the first time I have ever been asked to pay for the mini bar (£200.00) before I even got past reception!

Pacino's restaurant, we celebrated my daughter's engagement there, they allowed us to sneak a cake in and really helped to make the occasion special.
