Looks good from the outside

Staff were very nice and friendly, although visibly stressed and seemed to be having to multi task. Had to wait ten minutes to be checked in as the staff were doubled up to serve a party of american school children their tea. No ones fault but the weather was hot 30 degrees plus and the room was stiffling, we had to ask for a fan which was delivered to the room (the last one). suspect rooms are normally quite warm so would have been good if all fitted with fans. Bathroom could have been cleaner and had shower curtain which bellowed inwards when water running and water flooded on to bathroom floor. Food was mediocre and slightly overcooked. Had to wait around 30 minutes for breakfast we were told it was because everyone appeared at once, yet when we were there there was only one other table being served. Very convenient location but would not rush back.
