Stayed across the road, booked for 2 nights, stayed 1. Moved over to here, booked for three nights, stayed another week. Disabled room was next to restuarant & bar, handy for reception. Staff were friendly & helpful, room was clean & quite large, with a large wet room. Food was excellent, and reasonably priced. Not five star, but not five star prices. Popular with contractors, working for a few weeks/months. Plus, free parking. All in all,a nice friendly hotel, booked again for our next stay in birmingham.

Had a problem with the door lock, but on informing he management ed they immediately moved me to another secure room. Also the phone system crashed whilst I was there, which, whilst not their fault, was still somewhat inconvienent. But the staff were very pleasant and I'd stay there again.

Whilst the hotel itself was quite ok, the reception staff was horribly unfriendly. Breakfast wasn't worth t.he extra spending. Many hotels along this strip of Birmingham road, so I'll not come back to this establishment.
