Well taken care of. Excellent reception,

Good advice given on city. Highlights The Titanic. This is not to be missed if you visit Belfast. Ask at the concierge desk Black CabTour with our driver Tom A city historian and a great guide ask for him by name.

Perfect for The Waterfront and City

Right next door to the Waterfront, and walking distance to the shops. Spacious rooms, efficient service, and tasty food - hard to beat for Belfast.

It is hard to fault this hotel.

It is hard to fault this hotel. On the waterfront, it is situated close to all amenities. The rooms were large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were excellent, as were the restaurant meals - as for the cocktails - superb! The staff were an absolute joy - very welcoming, friendly and fun. I would happily return to this hotel.

Great location, great service.

Great location, great service. Amenities right up to the Hilton standard. I loved the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Bar and food service was outstanding, even on such a busy night (nearby theatre). My only complaint - the cost of parking. You can find much cheaper parking at another carpark nearby.

The room was very good, very clean.

The room was very good, very clean. The standard room didn't have any body lotion or slippers which I expected from a 5 star hotel (if I need to nitpick). Location is excellent.
