The website is misleading, it shows an old fashion room which makes you think it's the Standard Room, I presumed the Thai House is the stylish room. When we arrived, we were shown a dark room behind the lobby unit. Thai House is an old room with
tiled floor. We complained but nothing to do. Not friendly manager. We payed to upgrade for Superior Room which was actually very nice. We had to pay upfront and couldn't even get a deal for 5 nights. I repeat, very unpleasant manager. You could see in the eyes of the staff that the work environment is very heavy. Beautiful swimming pool right in front of the sea. Good Buffet breakfast. Strange thing by the pool, there is a big board that reminds you the rules and hotel regulations you must follow. We stayed one night and happy to leave.
