Cuenca, the capital of the Cuenca province, is located within the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha in central Spain. Cuenca is home to a baroque-style town hall, completed in the 1700s. Cuenca features history, museums and parks, such as Los Moralejos, where tourists can enjoy jogging, cycling and walking.

Cuenca city centre is easy to explore by car or taxi. For those who do not mind walking, the majority of the attractions can be visited on foot. The Cuenca bus station is located in the centre of Cuenca; coaches travel to neighbouring destinations.
