Seocho is a central district in Seoul, located on the southern side of the Han River. Most of the businesses, residences, and attractions are concentrated in the northern half of the district. The illustrious Gangnam-gu is within walking distance along the shore, heading east. There are several subway lines that cover most of Seocho’s neighbourhoods. You can take a short trip across the river on the orange subway line from the Apgujeong, Jamwon, or Sinsa Stations. The light green subway line also passes through Yeoksam and Seocho Stations, and the red subway line stops at Yangjae Station.
