Robertson Quay hotels
Robertson Quay is one of the “three quays” in Singapore where tourists can enjoy fine dining and nightlife entertainment during their holidays. Located along the Singapore River, this area is often visited by professionals who are looking to unwind after a long day at work, as well as young students and adult couples. Due to the area’s large Japanese expat population, Robertson Quay has an excellent variety of Japanese restaurants for tourists who enjoy this cuisine. Along with its restaurants, this area also boasts plenty of pubs and bars for night owls who like to party.
- Go strolling along Robertson Walk, an outdoor Singapore shopping and dining plaza with multiple boutiques such as Floret & Teddies and Hummerstons.
- Stop in at the Riverine Music & Wine Parlour in Robertson Quay to enjoy live music and billiards after hours.
- Tour the Asian Civilisations Museum located near the quay to get a look at some displays based on Singapore’s history and culture.
The Singapore area, including Robertson Quay, is serviced by Changi Airport, the largest air traffic terminal in the region. Most international visitors who fly into the city will arrive at this airport. From there, guests can hire taxicabs, limousines, or shuttles to reach the city centre. The local subway system and bus lines are also available for transport downtown. Reaching Robertson Quay itself is a bit trickier. Tourists can reach the area by taking the MRT to the Raffles Place or Clarke Quay stations, but they may need to walk for a few minutes to get to the quay.
