Very comfortable and well suited for business travellers

Most of the rooms still have a shower in the bath, but some rooms are being upgraded to have a separate shower, so ask for one of these rooms if this is your preference. If you can afford it, go for the club rooms. It includes breakfast and internet so the extra cost is almost worth it for these alone, but the best thing about 'club' rooms is access to the really nice club lounge on the 9th floor. The staff are very polite and attend to all your requirements very well. Wellington hotels are expensive compared to other NZ cities, but if you already know this, then spend that little bit more and give the Intercontinental a go if you haven't done so before.

Hotel ok

The room was great however I wouldn't stay here again as you had to pay for Wi-fi which was very expensive. I was also woken early one morning by house keeping who knocked on my door even though I had the do not disturb sign on it.
