We stayed at Princesa Tower, it is old, elevator do not work properly, the doors do not close smooth and the feeling is it might get stuck. The floor on the hallways is full of small holes, in the rooms there are no blackout cortains, they have
some kind of wood shades doors that if you pretend to have a dark room to sleep or take a nap after sunrise it is just imposible. The breakfast buffete at Chulavista has many items but is not clean enough and they do not care that all the pastries are full of bees flying and stepping on them, same this happens with the Olla Coffee, dead bees are ready to be drink inside. Bottom line, nobody cares to implement some kind of innovation to fix this, it's been like this for years.
