Best vacation experience in my life

Pangkor Laut is in a beautiful location, with excellent standards for their villas, restaurants, and activities. Their best feature, however, is their service. We were sick the day before and missed one of our days at the resort. As a result, they upgraded our room to a sea villa. The staff helped us make arrangements for the rest of our trip in Malaysia, and offered to do so before we asked. I also was sick during my visit, and the staff went out of their way to help and make sure I was feeling well the next day. We definitely plan to be repeat customers.
