The sounds of Brazilian Samba liven up the warm, comfortable atmosphere at Fogo Samba. The churrascaria's (Brazilian barbecue steakhouse) specialty is its grilled meats: 15 different cuts of chicken, lamb, beef and pork are roasted in an open grill, and served to guests upon request. A red and green chip lets cortadores (meat carvers) know when you want more, or when you've had enough. Fogo Samba even caters to the tastes and needs of vegetarians with an extensive salad bar. Romance

Nice spacious rooms with good service from hotel reception to in room dining service waiters and housekeeping staffs. I would like to praise kimmy at the front desk reception who assisted us with the check in at 6.30pm . Her service is exceptional and I have enjoyed my 3D2N at Venetian hotel.

Disappointing

Disappointing. We could have stayed at other hotels but we stayed here for 3 nights. There were times where glasses and cups were unwashed and we had to call them to. Their main lobby is so far from our room. We were only there 3 nights but we had to change the key 5 times. It was so tiring because they would tell us to go all the way to the main lobby instead of bringing it up instead. My husband was so angry and stressed that the supposedly enjoyable stay was ruined. This will be the last time we will book at the Venetian. In the end, they tried to compensate and apologize with free internet and extending our checkout by 2 hours, but even during check out my dads key did not work yet again (fyi: they told us the 3rd time it didn't work that the key can't be near the cellphone - so my husband placed it in his belt bag but the problem still persisted. We did not bother complaining anymore because we were so tired so we took the express checkout. Its sad to think negatively but i think all Venetian focuses in is their casino business and have neglected their hotel service. My advice - try another hotel. Booking 3 nights there was a big mistake. 5 star rooms with 2 star service.

Great hotel and fantastic location

Fantastic hotel just like the one in Vegas only bigger. My kids love the heated swimming pools and I love the convenience of all my favourite shops being in the hotel itself so that I don't have to go far to drop my shopping off. The Bambu buffet is one of the best asian buffets we have been to and it was included in my hotel package. Will definitely go there again.

Nice hotel but need a bit to improve

Love the design of the hotel, nice location with all shopping malls, restaurants and food court (eventho food is expensive here). However, the room was smelly, which quite affect our stay. Hope they can maintain the cleanliness of the room as it's really a very packed hotel
