Great view, nice boutique style hotel

The hotel is on the 25th Floor of the building and boasts impressive views. We booked the limousine bus to the airport which picks you up from the lobby and that saved the battle to get through the tokyo train system with 2 suitcases 1 pram and 1 baby. Highly recommended overall!

Perfect Stay

We stayed for 9 nights in December. From the moment we arrived until departure everything was 1st class. The staff were friendly, helpful and very professional and our room was great. We could see Fuji San every day and the Tokyo Tower lights were a very festive sight at night. Our room was a good size with plenty of storage place and every facility we needed including fridge, kettle, robes, slippers etc. the A/C was efficient. Breakfast was a comprehensive selection of European and Japanese dishes. Access was efficient with 4 lifts to reception. Location is a short walk from Shimbashi stations. It can be a little confusing at first but is easy when familiar. Would recommend without hesitation

fantastic location, hard beds, tight room, light train noise

we stayed 6 nights on level 26 overlooking the train station. For that length of stay in what is a business hotel I would have thought they could have offered a better room, anyway we settled in well. Could not open both suitcases on the floor at the same time as area too tight in a twin bedded room but managed (one bed even against a wall). Bathroom is functional but nothing more. If you are a light sleeper the train noise on our side of the building will disturb you but not badly. The beds are hard. They offer a DYI laundry centre at Y200 per load - very appreciated. Location was the key to this hotel, beats Shinjuku area for convenience. Good and plentiful restaurants all easy walking from hotel and convenience store in basement, again very handy.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

everything is easy from this hotel, walk to fish market and local gardens (which are lovely), great access to multiple metro and JR lines, few train stations to almost everything, dining choices for any meal plentiful and any budget.
