New Year's In Tokyo

Good location but could be closer to Metro Station and shopping district. Its no fun if you have to walk in the cold. None the less, this is my 2nd stay and I can say its been fantastic. Will definately return.

The perfect hotel to stay in Tokyo when you don't want to give up cleanliness and comfort

The booking was under my name but my wife was to arrive earlier. To add her to the list was effortless as the staff spoke excellent English. Rooms were clean, big and had more than enough the equipment we needed for the stay, or to prepare some fruits as snacks for the morning. We will come again when we come to Tokyo.

Family getaway

Room is clean & big. It's nice to have a pantry for cooking. Little bit far from Shinjuku JR. Suggest to take the taxi to/from South Gate, it's less than a 1000 yen per trip. Highly recommend.

Great Japanese Holiday

We found the Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo to be a great place to stay on our recent Japanese holiday. The room was large, clean and have every amenity we needed. The staff were very helpful and alway so polite. The price was very reasonable compared with a hotel room and much larger. I would recommend the Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo to anyone travelling in Japan.

Very affordable and spacious for Japan

A very affordable stay in Shinjuku. Room was spotless and very well set up, and very large by Japanese hotel standards, with a convenient kitchen. Comfortable bed, excellent Wifi. Location was OK - about 1 km walk from the station and shopping/party places. Still a walk but difficult to manage with luggage. However once we got the hang of the bus and metro it worked out very well. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Fantastic stay

Spent 7 nights at the Citadines Shinjuku and had a great stay. The location was convenient - only a short walk from the nearby station and many eateries and convenient stores nearby. The staff members were always friendly and our room was always cleaned very well. The rooms were big for Tokyo standards too. Would highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again.

Excellent hotel. As a serviced apartment, comes with all necessary utensils and cutlery, and the staff were on hand 24 hours a day to assist with any queries. The hotel is well placed, only 5-10 minutes walk from Shinjuku-gyoemmae Station, or it's a lovely 20 minute walk into the heart of Shinjuku (a bus stop out the front if you prefer). Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Home Away From Home.

If you are looking for a hotel that provides you with the necessities of a home away from home, this Citidines Shinjuku is the perfect hotel for you. The rooms are spacious, bright and well maintained comparing to most hotels of this rate in Tokyo. There is a kitchen with all the essentials for you to cook proper meals. Toilet is also bigger than most business hotels. There is a train station about 7 minutes walk from the hotel but you can also walk to the Shinjuku Station in about 12 to 15 minutes, making the hotel accessible to one of the busiest stations in Tokyo yet away from the crowd. Perfect for family, business and individual travelers.

Money-saving tip: Short walk from hotel

If you're cooking your own meals or replenishing food in your room, there are a number of well stocked super markets that is near the hotel. They are much cheaper than buying food at super markets at major shopping malls.
