Sony Building hotels
Having opened in the Ginza district of Tokyo in 1966, the Sony Building has created awe and wonder with people all over the world ever since. Its many floors showcase thousands of products, live events and fine dining to billions every year. Its unique architectural design, known as "flower petal structure" was used here for the first time here and is noted for the precision of its construction. The Sony Building is truly a marvel to behold and a must see for anyone visiting this busy metropolis, even if you've visited the city in the past.
- Find a bargain on the tax free floor in The Sony Building, which offers products for sale that are often only found overseas, as well as testing them from the Sony showroom.
- Take a break from shopping and dine at restaurants with some of the finest cuisine in all of Tokyo, including Sabatini di Firenze, Al Dente, Ginza Ten-Ichi, and an old British pub known as Pub Cardinal.
- Watch the frequent live events that demonstrate the incredible audio and video capabilities of Sony’s products in Tokyo.
Being one of the tallest buildings in the Ginza district of Tokyo, the Sony Building is pretty hard to miss, you just look for a tall white building with 'Sony' on it. You can also take a metro to the Ginza station and you'll be right outside of the building. You can also take the monorail to Hamamatsucho, then take the Japan Railway to Yurakucho and it's a five minute walk to the Sony Building. If not, you can also take the Keisei Skyliner through Nippori or the JR Narita Express through Tokyo to Yurakucho.
