Great day trip

Master bedroom was too small to hold extra baby cot, he had to sleep in the living room instead. However, front desk staff were friendly and professional, and we were pleasantly surprised with the children amenities kits. Apartment was nice, clean and great for families travelling. Location was great, being just opposite Namba Park & Mall and a MacD's nearby.

impressed! loved it!

spent our first night in Japan at Fraser residence and we were totally blown away. The room and hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were so warming and welcoming and very very helpful. Language was not an issue at all. we did not have trouble finding the hotel once we got to the train station as it is so close! when we travel to Japan again we would like to spend more time in Osaka and will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great Experience

When we opened the door we saw a beautiful well equipped apartment, washing machine/dryer,cook top,Large refrigerator and a microwave that cooks perfect toast. It is also serviced daily. And has breakfast included. Excellent staff and is reasonably priced. All this as well as close to public transport and shops. Nothing else needed to give you a perfect holiday. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, would recommend - after sightseeing all day to come back to so much space was so peaceful. Loved it.

Comfortable stay

We arrived at Osaka in a rainy evening, so we were relieved that the hotel was just 2 minute-walk away from Namba station, which had a direct link to the airport and a number of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable. While the hotel did not serve buffet breakfast like many 5-star hotels, we were quite satisfied with the choices of set breakfast (in western and Japanese styles).

Perfect home away from home

Fraser Residence was perfect for us first timer in Japan. The staff were lovely and helpful. The apartment was perfectly clean with a small kitchenette and a washing machine. We had a free upgrade to a spacious 1 bedroom for our first 2 nights with complimentary champagne and breakfast. We also spend our last night in Japan at this hotel and got the studio room instead. The experience was still perfect with all the convenient amenities despite the smaller room. Conveniently located next to Nankai train station and walking distance to everything. The hotel/apartment also have free in room Wifi for all guests. We really love our stays and will definitely come back.
